CONTEXT
BrainyBudzz is a gamified EdTech platform for primary school children. The challenge was to create an identity that could compete for attention against social media without falling into the visual chaos typical of children's content, energetic but systematic.
THE CHALLENGE
Creating something children find fun and parents perceive as trustworthy. Two opposing audiences with completely different decision criteria.
PROCESS
I designed Bud, a modular mascot based on a children's inventor helmet with a virtual reality visor, functioning as a living brand element: capable of expressing emotions, adapting to contexts, and scaling to merchandise or animation. The palette combines CMY primaries with black and lavender to deliver energy without overwhelming.
RESULT
Complete brand book: logo construction, reduction system, documented Pantone palette, typography and Bud character. Identity applied in digital platform mockup.
